Project Management and Interior Design

We are highly experienced in careful planning and project management. We work with our clients and their architects and/or designers to deliver medium and large refurbishment projects and new builds with our network of contractors.

Our project management services include:

• Planning, management and execution of the required scope of works.

• Identifying possible green improvements and how they might best be implemented

• Coordination of timelines, project schedules and information.

• Day-to-day management of contractors on site, direction of a multi-disciplinary team and coordination of client and contractor meetings.

• Procurement of material, labour and plant (machinery)

• Budget management to keep track of project spending

• Quality control, ensuring design compliance

• Overseeing compliance with regulations and statutory requirements.

• Management of final handover information, instructions and manuals.

Working in association with your architect and/or designer, or our preferred interior designers and in-house team, we are also able to offer a wide range of interior design services. This ranges from a comprehensive service, managing the project from concept to completion - to our other interior design support options. This is where we assist the client/ designer in managing the information required for the building team by producing finishes schedules, advising on and sourcing fixtures and fittings and providing designs  if required.

Our interior design services include but are not limited to:

• Provision of design advice and input, including specialist expertise relating to period renovations

• Space planning and interior architecture, including production of detailed drawings

• Creating and managing lighting, finishes and door schedules

• Colour consultancy - advising on paint colours and finishes

• Procurement of fixtures and fittings

• Selection of soft furnishing, furniture and accessories

• Management of specialist craftspeople
