This impressive Arts and Crafts property saw us carry out a comprehensive refurbishment of the house and grounds. We sensitively stripped the house back to its bones to reveal the brick walls and timber structure, before renovating the entire building to the highest of standards.

The house now has strong green credentials thanks to the installation of a ground-source heat pump and specialist wall insulation, alongside a new roof using tiles sympathetic to the period of the building. 

Hard landscaping was carried out throughout the newly designed three-acre garden. This included the installation of a natural swimming pond and ‘cabana’ style pool house, plus a cobbled driveway and terraces.

With the client and stylist Victoria Brenninkmeijer acting as designer on the project, supported by architect Sam Tisdall and interior designer Jo Calver of Isla James Interiors, it was a real pleasure to work as a team with contractor Romas Balynas of RBuild to create this lovely family home.
